Description
This Regulation was created through the Railway (Alberta) Act to regulate heritage railways, which operate in whole or in part within a historical park, contain rolling stock or structural facilities manufactured in 1965 or earlier, operate at 30 km per hour or slower and travel fewer than 240 kilometers per day. The Regulation contains a number of Schedules which articulate operating rules and safety standards.
