Description

This Regulation sets out a number of requirements related to the use and sales of tobacco and vaping products. Matters addressed include signage requirements, identification requirements, characterizing flavours of tobacco, appointment of inspectors and their authorities, minimum package sizes, and seizure. It also sets out exemptions for tobacconists and specialty vape store retailers and cigar lounges.
