Vehicle Seizure and Removal Regulation

Description

This Regulation governs the removal, storage, release, reclamation and disposal of abandoned vehicles and vehicles seized, removed or immobilized by peace officers pursuant to the Traffic Safety Act. It also governs the grounds on which seizures and immobilizations may be appealed.
