Patient Concerns Resolution Process Regulation

Description

This Regulation requires "health authorities" (which are regional health authorities and provincial health boards established under the Regional Health Authorities Act) to establish and maintain a patient concerns resolution process (PCRP), that must meet certain requirements, and; enables patients to make complaints to a health authority concerning certain matters, in accordance with the PCRP.
