Resource Rebate Regulation

Description

The Resource Rebate Regulation provides guidance on the administration of refunds that belong to children who are subjects of a temporary or permanent guardianship order, custody agreement or family enhancement agreement, and who are entitled to a refund of an amount as deemed under section 35.2 of the Alberta Personal Income Tax Act to be an overpayment.
