Traffic Control Device Regulation

Description

Under this Regulation, traffic control devices placed, marked, or erected under the authority of the Traffic Safety Act must conform with the design standards prescribed in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Canada, published by the Transportation Association of Canada. The Regulation adopts the manual and any of its subsequent editions in its entirety. The Regulation is set to expire on September 30, 2024.
