Minor Injury Regulation

Description

The Minor Injury Regulation establishes the maximum amount a person can claim for non-pecuniary (pain and suffering) damages for a minor injury that does not result in a serious impairment from the strain, sprain or certain whiplash injuries caused by an automobile collision.
