Alberta Milk Marketing Regulation

Description

The Alberta Milk Marketing Regulation, under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, sets out the day-to-day operations of Alberta Milk. The Regulation describes how Alberta Milk will administer the Alberta Milk Plan and how delegated powers will be used. The Regulation describes licensing, producer quotas, service charges, milk and milk product standards, payments, reporting requirements, and prohibitions.
