Standards and Administration Regulation

Description

The Standards and Administration Regulation, under the Agricultural Operation Practices Act, sets out who the standards apply to. The regulation outlines the siting, minimum distance separation process, and construction standards (including surface water control systems) for manure storage and collection facilities. This regulation also sets out the siting and management requirements for seasonal feeding and bedding sites, the standards for the nutrient management, application of manure and compost, and record keeping obligations under the Act.
