Alberta Chicken Producers Marketing Regulation

Description

The Alberta Chicken Producers Marketing Regulation, under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, sets out the day-to-day operations of the Alberta Chicken Producers. The Regulation describes how the marketing board will administer the Alberta Chicken Producers Plan and how delegated powers will be used. The Regulation describes licensing, producer quotas, minimum farm-gate pricing requirements, information requirements, service charges, and programs established by the marketing board. The Regulation also outlines processor and producer prohibitions.
