General Licensing and Security Regulation

Description

Sets out those licensing and record keeping requirements that are common to all types of licences except those for automotive businesses and establishes procedures for making claims and forfeiting securities of regulated businesses. Allows for the use of arbitration as an alternative to court action when a claim is disputed.
