Description

The Alberta Pulse Growers Regulation, under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, sets out the day-to-day operations of the Alberta Pulse Growers Commission. The Regulation describes how the Commission will administer the Alberta Pulse Growers Marketing Plan and how delegated powers will be used.
