Dangerous Goods Transportation and Handling Regulation

Description

This Regulation sets out the form and contents of permits and applications for permits issued under the Dangerous Goods Transportation and Handling Act. The review and appeal of decisions not to issue such permits and of stop orders served under the Act are provided for. Parts I to IX of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (SOR/2001-286) made under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992 (Canada) are adopted.
