Hospitalization Benefits Regulation

Description

This Regulation regulates a variety of matters relating to the management of finances, payments and costs including the registration of persons who are not registered with the Minister, establishes certain goods and services as insured services under the Act, various charges, grants, payments to hospitals, payment for out-of-province hospitalization, hospital capital projects, and offenses.
