Calgary Restricted Development Area Regulations

Description

Establishes the requirements for acts that would cause disturbance to the land within the Area, operations that impact the surface or subsurface, continuance and alteration of use of the lands within the Area
Outlines the circumstances when the Minister can provide written consent for development and uses of the land surface
Establishes the parameters under which the Minister may acquire additional lands, conduct improvements and authorization compensation for damages
Anyone who contravenes the Act is guilty of an offence
