Description

The major lakes in the Peerless region were surveyed during the summer of 1968 and 1969 to assess their fisheries potential. Four lakes; Peerless, Graham, Round, and God's, were examined in 1968 and the survey results are presented in report I, (Smith, 1968). In 1969, seven lakes were surveyed (Vandersteene, long,Equisetum, West twin, Goose-grass, Second Last, and Hebephrenic Lakes) and several other lakes, (East Twein, Kidney, Skunk, Quitting, Maria, goodfish, and an Unamed Lake in Tp. 90, R. 5) were briefly examined. The results from the 1969 survey are presented in this second report on the lakes of the Peerless Lake region.
