Description

In 1962 the Hydrology Division of the Department of Water Resources, in response to a request to the Department of Water Resources from the City of Calgary City Engineer, began a study of the potential flooding danger along Elbow River in an attempt to delineate the areas which would likely be under water for various probabilities of flood occurrence.
