Accountability for information management : a model

Description

This guide is intended for those individuals within ministries who have been charged with leading the implementation of the Government of Alberta Information Management Framework. The guide presents a model accountability structure. It is intended to be used as a starting point for the development and implementation of formal roles and responsibilities related to information management. As such, it is NOT prescriptive. Rather, ministries will want to develop and implement an accountability structure that meets their particular business needs.
