Keeping Albertans healthy

Description

Compared to people in other provinces and in many other countries, Albertans are living longer and most of our years are spent in good health. This report looks at some common health indicators and compares statistics from Alberta and the rest of Canada for these indicators. It also looks at some of the efforts being taken by the Government of Alberta to encourage healthy behaviours and thus prevent chronic disease.
