A guide to release reporting : Alberta Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act

Description

Clarifies the reporting requirements contained in the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act and the Release Reporting Regulation. The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act requires that any release of a substance into the environment that could cause an adverse effect be reported. The Release Reporting Regulation sets out what must be reported, when, how and to whom reports must be made.
