Alberta survey control products manual

Description

The Lands Dispositions Branch of Alberta Sustainable Resource Development maintains the survey control component of the provincial spatial referencing system. This component includes a network of several thousand durable markers set permanently in the ground at an appropriate spacing throughout Alberta. Co-ordinates and other Albert Survey Control Marker attributes are maintained by the branch and are available to the public in the form of specific products. This manual describes three of these products: the ASCM identification card, the ASCM Multiple Listing, and the ASCM Preliminary ID card.
