This table provides statistics on the Top 50 Health Service Codes based on Physician Service Events submitted by Alternative Relationship Plans (ARPs) under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP). This table is an Excel version of a table in the “Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan Statistical Supplement” report published annually by Alberta Health.

Usage Considerations
The Statistical Supplement Report is an accompaniment to the Alberta Ministry of Health Annual Report. It includes data on the number of people registered with the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP), payments made to Alberta physicians and allied health practitioners for services provided to Albertans, and payments for services provided to Albertans while they are out of the country. It also reports data on the non-group supplementary health insurance plans. Each table published in the Statistical Supplement Report has been published in a structured data format in the Open Data Portal. Annual versions of this table are provided as successive distributions.
