Description
The Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) program provides services to help adults with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in their communities. The data goes back to June 2018 and tracks the total number of Albertans eligible for the PDD program who are in ‘service planning’ across the province.

People in ‘service planning’ have an assigned caseworker who is engaged to assess the person’s needs; work with the individual and their family/community supports, as appropriate, to develop an outcome plan; help connect the individual to community supports; and refer them to other government programs and services.
