This data is published as the Oil Sands Quarterly by the Alberta Government. The Government publishes this data as provided by Glacier Commodity Innovation Group Ltd under Alberta Environment and Parks contract 21PLO802 and the Government does not attest to its accuracy. The Government uses this data to calculate ‘operating capacity’ as defined in the Oil Sands Environmental Monitoring Program Regulation. In calculating the fee, the Government may adjust some portions of the data to concur with government permits issued to oil sands facilities and input from facility operators.
