POWERPLAY : a workplace health promotion program

Description

Contains data collected in support of a study to to evaluate a workplace health program called POWERPLAY. Changes in physical activity following implementation of the POWERPLAY STEP Up challenge were monitored, and the impact of this physical activity intervention on participant sleep duration and quality was evaluated.
