Description
This dataset is a customization of Statistics Canada data to present information on Aboriginal identity, age group, Indian status, area of residence, and sex for the population in private households in Alberta and the Northern Alberta Development Council (NADC) based on the 2011 National Household Survey.

National Household Survey data are collected by Statistics Canada and provides social and economic information, covering such topics as immigration, citizenship, place of birth, ethnic origin, visible minorities, religion, Aboriginal peoples, labour, education, place of work, commuting to work, mobility and migration, language of work, income, earnings, housing and shelter costs.
