Contains data collected in support of a study which collected and analyzed views and experiences about work, gender and mental health from employees in one predominantly-female and one predominantly-male workplace in Alberta. The researcher examined employee views about what supports and impedes workplace mental health and compared experiences within feminized and masculinized workplaces.
