Presents the institutional mandate of Portage College as approved by the Minister of Advanced Education and Technology on April 12, 2010. Portage College has campus locations in Lac La Biche, Cold Lake, St. Paul, Bonnyville, Frog Lake, Saddle Lake, Vegreville, Wainwright, and Whitefish Lake. It is one of 11 comprehensive community institutions in the province, which provide a broad range of programs that prepare learners for employment or for further study.
