Exempt assets and liquid assets purchased with money received from payments distributed under the Treaty 8 Lands and Benefits Claim Settlement Agreement for the purposes of Schedule 1 of the Regulation as set out in Appendix A and exempt as financial resources the payments distributed under the Treaty 8 Lands and Benefits Claim Settlement Agreement for the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Regulation as set out in Appendix B.
