Description

The purpose of this document is to establish uniform guidelines for conducting traffic impact assessments for proposed new developments, the expansion of existing developments, or requests to new or modified access to provincial highway network. It is also intended to assist developers, municipalities and consultants in better understanding the requirements and expectations regarding a traffic impact assessment.
