This addendum outlines Forest Management Plan-specific ground rules which apply to area outlined in Forest Management Agreement 8900026. These rules are in addition to the Alberta Timber Harvest Planning and Operating Ground Rules 2023. Where a rule in the Addendum and a rule in the Provincial OGR relate to the same subject matter or objective, the rule in the Addendum governs. FMP-specific addendums are supplemental to the OGRs and will be negotiated with the applicable FMA holder where additional ground rules are needed to address specific strategies in an FMP or unique physical or non-physical landscape attributes.

This document outlines the ground rules which apply to the ANC Timber Ltd. Forest Management Agreement area 8900026. Ground rules are the practices used in planning and conducting timber harvesting operations. Ground rules establish practices that minimize the chance of negative effects from timber harvesting and forest management operations and activities.
