The report includes findings that will help the Alberta Solicitor General continue to provide cost effective programs that hold offenders accountable and promote safe communities. While our report recommends a number of adjustments to reflect changes in the corrections landscape, we found that overall, correctional services in this province were cost effective and well managed.
