Description

The Metallic and Industrial Minerals Exploration Regulation provides the framework for metallic and industrial mineral exploration in Alberta. As part of the process to update the regulation in order to align it with other legislation affecting exploration, stakeholder consultation was undertaken in June and July of 2013. This resource contains a summary of all the consultation comments and questions, and Environment and Sustainable Resource Development's response to those concerns.
