Record of decision of the Chief Medical Officer of Health outlining updated requirements for health care facilities in Alberta, for the purpose of lessening the impact of the public health emergency caused by the prevalence of COVID-19 in Alberta. Note: Effective September 17, Appendices A and B, operational and outbreak standards included in this order rescind the previous Appendix A and B in CMOH orders 23-2020 and 10-2020.

Record of decision of the Chief Medical Officer of Health outlining updated operational and outbreak standards for long-term care and licensed supportive living facilities. These are included with this order as Appendix A. The intent of these standards is to help ensure seniors and other vulnerable individuals living and working in these congregate settings are kept as physically safe as possible. Note: These updates revise the operational and outbreak standards appended to Record of Decision CMOH Order 10-2020 (see Related tab).

Record of decision of the Chief Medical Officer of Health outlining updated requirements for health care facilities in Alberta, for the purpose of lessening the impact of the public health emergency caused by the prevalence of COVID-19 in Alberta. Note: Effective May 25, 2020, Part 2 of this order (Appendices A and B, operational and outbreak standards) has been amended by CMOH Order 23-2020. Also, residential addiction treatment service facilities are now covered in Order 13-2020. See the Related tab. Effective September 17, 2020, Part 2 of this order has been amended by CMOH Order 32-2020.
