Pursuant to Sections 488(1)(e.1) and 708.08(2) of the Municipal Government Act, make the following order: 1. The Calgary Metropolitan Region Board Dispute Resolution and Appeal Bylaw as amended, dated February 9th, 2024 and attached as Schedule A to this Order, is hereby approved; 2. The Land and Property Rights Tribunal shall hear appeals of decisions of the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board on applications submitted pursuant to the Board’s Regional Evaluation Framework, in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of the Dispute Resolution and Appeal Bylaw; 3. Ministerial Order No. MSD: 071/21 is hereby rescinded.
