The plan presents a draft proposal for the Government of Alberta's resource management policy for public lands and resources within the Fort McMurray Oil Sands planning area. In its final form it is intended to be a guide for resource managers, industry and the public with responsibility or interests in the area. This plan is advisory only and is subject to revisions or review at the discretion of the Minister of SRD.
