Reports on the findings of an independent review conducted to investigate the involvement that the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service had with Shawn Rehn prior to an incident in January 2015 when Rehn attacked two members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, mortally wounding one and seriously injuring the other. Makes several recommendations, including calling for a comprehensive review of the conduct of bail (judicial interim release) hearings.
