Individuals are required to successfully complete a training program before being appointed as a Subdivision and Development Appeal Board clerk, and before participating in any hearing as a member of a panel of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, and successfully complete a refresher training program every three years. This ministerial order sets out the requirements for the training programs
