Description

Following a request from the electors of the Village of Rycroft, viability review team was established in 2015 to review and recommend whether the Village of Rycroft is viable, and to develop a plan to address the factors contributing to the long-term viability of the village. This document represents the Village of Rycroft Viability Plan as developed by the viability review team. It provides an overview and analysis of village operations over the past 10 years, and provides two options for long-term viability. A detailed analysis of the implications of each option is provided.
