It contains the headwaters of the Oldman River, supports biodiversity values, requires the management of wildlife risk and provides traditional First Nations land uses. The Government of Alberta aims to provide a diversity of outdoor recreation opportunities while recognizing that recreation occurs within a multiple use landscape with complex environmental, economic and social values.
