Presents the terms of reference for the Intrabasin Water Coordinating Committee for the South Saskatchewan River Basin. The Committee was established to provide advice on managing water during periods of water shortage in any or all of the sub-basins, and on how to best meet the requirements of the Master Agreement on Apportionment, an agreement between Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Canada for sharing the waters of eastward flowing interprovincial streams.
