All banks, credit unions, trust companies and insurance companies offering LIRAs, LIFs and LRIFs to customers must be on the Superintendent’s List of Financial Institutions offering locked-in pension products, in order to accept transfers of locked-in funds.
NOTE: This list is updated regularly. Please ensure you are using the CURRENT list for up-to-date information. Past issues of the list are kept for informational and comparison purposes only. There may be institutions that have applied to appear on this list but whose application was still being processed at the time this list was updated. Please contact the office of the Superintendent of Pensions to verify the status of any financial institution with respect to this list.
