Description

The guide provides overall policy direction for access to information and information that is routinely disclosed under the regulatory requirements of the Public Lands Act (PLA) and the Public Lands Administration Regulation (PLAR) under Part 7. Part 7 under PLAR provides that certain information that is in the control of AEP be disclosed to the public without the requirement for a Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy request. The guide outlines how Part 7 of PLAR will be implemented , and what the process is for how the information is to be made available to the public with the exception of information that have received the status of a trade secret will be implemented.
