Description

Public lands are managed for all Albertans through the issuance of dispositions. A disposition must be obtained for any access to or activity on public lands. This document outlines the process to renew a disposition if the disposition holder wants to continue it beyond its expiration date. Dispositions must be renewed before they expire, and renewal applications must be received no later than one year prior to expiry.

Disposition plans submitted digitally, and digital plan submissions are to be appropriately geo-referenced.
