Presents the findings of an investigation into a workplace fatality in the public administration, education and health services sector that occurred in June 2015. Edmonton police officers were attempting to execute a warrant on an un-cooperative suspect at his residence. While the police officers were using force to enter the residence, the suspect fired multiple gunshots at the police officers killing one officer and injuring another.
