Description

Engineering consultants who wish to provide prime-consultant services on highway, bridge planning and water management projects must be pre-qualified by Alberta Transportation. This manual describes the pre-qualification requirements and application processes in order to pre-qualify as an engineering consulting service on highway and bridge projects, including grading projects, asphalt concrete paving (ACP) projects, including granular base course (GBC), culverts and standard bridge structures, and major bridge structures.
