Describes the performance measures reporting requirements for Alberta Environment set out in the department's business plan as of April 2002. The department reports against the following measures: air quality index, surface water quality index, reduction of municipal solid waste to landfills, pulp production (bod), government action to improve energy productivity, and action by Alberta organizations to improve energy efficiency.

The report describes the fish communities of the Little Bow River and Mosquito Creek, based on the results of field sampling conducted in 2014. Assessment of the fish community was completed as part of the Twin Valley Dam environmental monitoring program. Monitoring was intended to determine the environmental impacts of the construction and operation of Twin Valley Dam and the effectiveness of environmental mitigation measures. In 2014, the fish assemblages in the Little Bow River and Mosquito Creek were generally unchanged compared to previous post-dam monitoring results. The Little Bow River fish assemblage is influenced by entrainment of fish from the Highwood River upstream from the Twin Valley Dam Reservoir and by movement and migration of fish from Travers Reservoir, downstream from Twin Valley Dam.
