The Comprehensive Regional Infrastructure Sustainability Plan (CRISP) is a guideline for long-term infrastructure development in the Athabasca Oil Sands Area (AOSA) and supports Responsible Actions, the Alberta government's strategic plan for development of its oil sands resource.
