Certain requirements in Chief Medical Officer of Health order 18-2020 and 19-2020 should not be necessary for all businesses, entities, places of worship and schools, and should be replaced with specific guidance they can implement as a best practice. Therefore, this CMOH Order rescinds the requirement in section 11 of Order 18-2020 and section 19 of Order 19-2020 for operators to create and post a plan to meet the requirements of these Orders. Section 6 of Order 19-2020 was rescinded by Order 22-2020.
