However, persons with disabilities may be more at risk of being abused than other persons. This booklet discusses: reasons why persons with disabilities may be more at risk of being abused; signs that a person may be abused; what you can do if you are being abused; what you can do if you are concerned that someone else isbeing abused; and where to get help.
